Our Star Room is an open plan room with various learning areas. Children in our star room have the opportunity to explore several areas designed to support their development as well as promote independence.
In this room children are provided with activities which promote self awareness, independent thinking and developing their own learning pace.
Star Room is a mixed age group room with children aged from 2 to 4 years, this enables younger children to be exposed to advanced language skills and the younger children can learn from the older ones.
The benefits for the older children is it helps them to develop confidence and leadership skills and gives them the opportunity to play with developmentally similar playmates.
For those who are pre school aged Star room provides an enriching school readiness environment, giving all children opportunities to grow in self confidence, independence and in knowledge, getting them ready for school life and beyond.
